I think its a band-aid that will enable Little Wars to continue until the current BOD and staff burn out, get tired of carrying the weight, grow old or die.
If new volunteers don't step forward over time, eventually the convention will be absorbed, perhaps by a for-profit organization or fade away.
On a related note, anybody interested in running for treasurer?
